Welcome Back 2026-2027

Dear Orchard Hill Families,

I hope this communication finds you well and having a wonderful summer! We are so excited to begin the 2026-2027 school year!! With the first day of school just two weeks from today, please see important information below. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Class Placement and Forms to Complete

K-5 class placement information will be available in Parent Portal beginning on Friday, August 14th at 3:00 p.m. You can log into your Parent Portal account to find out your child’s teacher.

While in Parent Portal please complete the annual Student Information Update and Transportation Information Form (TIF) if you have not already done so:

Form A - Annual Residency Confirmation

Form B - Student Contacts

Form C - Health Information

Form D - Annual Notices and Acknowledgment

Form E - Acknowledgment of Completion

***The Annual Parent Update is only required for our returning students. Our new students, the parents completed during the registration process.

Bus Routes

Bus information will be available in your Parent Portal by the end of the day on Tuesday, August 18th. This will include the student's bus number, bus stop location, pickup time and drop-off time. To access:

1. Log into your Parent Portal account

2. Click on FORMS in left side menu

3. Click on BUS INFORMATION

**Bus Moratorium - For the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, parent/guardians should also be aware that no changes can be made between August 19 - September 1

Students, accompanied by staff, will take a ride around the block to learn our bus expectations and experience a bus ride
